  • If you have had your heart set on a special piece for yourself or someone you love send an enquiry via email , instagram DM or the contact page.

    Prudence will contact you with a quote and there will be some lovely chats to discuss your new painting. There may be a little bit of a wait but Prudence will message you the week leading up to her starting with any extra questions or clarifications.

    A deposit to lock in your place is transferred and then the remaining payment is made upon completion, before delivery or postage.

  • Commission pieces and original artworks are non refundable for change of mind purchases. If a print or painting arrives damaged, please take a photo and immediately contact Prudence so she can arrange repair, replacement or refund.

  • All frames for original art and framed prints are Flooded Gum.

    Previously my supplier used American Ash and Tasmanian Oak but are conscious of supply levels and level of sustainability.

    The current Flooded gum supply is FSC Certified which means is meets the Forestry Stewardship Council’s ‘Gold Standard’ for ethical and sustainable timber production.

    Flooded gum is still light in colour but slightly warmer than Ask and Oak.

  • Yes! Please contact for a quote.

  • Yes that is easily arranged. Custom canvas or beautiful cotton rag paper prints can be arranged at any size.

  • Beauty takes time. All prints are custom made to order. Rolled prints will be wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a mailing tube.

    Framed canvas prints are lovingly bubble wrapped and boxed in high quality cardboard before sent via courier to you.

    Please allow 2-3 weeks for framed prints, 2-4 days for rolled prints and 3-5 days for original paintings to be dispatched.

  • As soon as your original or print is on it’s way to you you will be provided with a tracking number.

    If there are any issues during transit, please make contact and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
